Empowering Women: The Hidden Force Behind Society

The EPP Women Executive Board participated in a powerful event organized by the Women Democratic League of Albania (WDLA) led by Albana Vokshi to discuss the empowerment of women in political life, leadership, and innovation.
The discussions also highlighted the economic value of women’s unpaid labor, as women continue to play the crucial role of ‘sandwich’ carers in society. Their increased representation in the labor market is essential to addressing the gender employment gap.
Last but not least, the exchange of experience and practices of women in the Western Balkans.
