Harnessing the Power of Women – Autumn Academy in Athens 2026

At the EPP Women Autumn Academy in Athens, under the theme “Harnessing the Power of Women” we are bringing women from across Europe together to discuss some of the key challenges shaping our societies: women’s participation in the labour market and economic independence, competitiveness and work-life balance, demographic change, housing and care, women in STEM, AI and the digital transition, security and defence, and the fight against violence against women. At the heart of our discussions is a clear objective: ensuring that women’s talent, experience and perspectives are fully represented wherever decisions about Europe’s future are made.
