We discussed, revised strategies and pointed out future challenges in terms of the future of work, digital economy and society, work-life balance, gender equality, security and defense, migration, climate change, EU enlargement and other important European topics for the next 5 years. We aimed to formulate ‘female visions’, in the presence of speakers with political experience and a strategic view on these issues. Resolution with conclusions will follow.
