Conference

10 February 2012 at 00:00
In the academy of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation, Tiergartenstraße 35, 10785 Berlin

From March 2012 onwards the European Parliament and the European Commission will
have to decide on the question: Is EU legislation on gender quota in business leadership
positions necessary?
Aim of the conference is to find a common position on that question within the European
People's Party in preparation for the political debate on EU level and in the Member States.
Commissioner Viviane Reding is going to present the initiative, followed by an open
discussion with politicians and business representatives.
We cordially invite one representative of your association to participate in the conference.
Travel expenses (lowest possible price and public transport, excluding taxi costs) and
accommodation for one night will be paid (max. 125 €). Hotel bookings you have to make by
yourself.

Please confirm your participation by e-mail eppwomen@epp.eu
We look forward to meeting you in Berlin.
